1. Data We Handle

Personal data we handle during our service:

• Full name – for identification and linking to your assigned guide.
• Passport and visa numbers – to link you with your organizing travel agency.
• Geographic location – only when you press the emergency button.

All this data is entered by your organizing travel agency through their account on the "Wajada" platform, after obtaining your consent. We do not collect your data directly from you.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively for providing emergency services during Umrah trips:

• Sending your location and name to your assigned guide when you request help.
• Sending you a confirmation that your alert has reached the guide.
• We do not use your data for marketing or share it with parties unrelated to your direct service.

3. Data Responsibility

According to the contract signed with the travel agency, the agency is legally responsible for:

• Accuracy of your entered data.
• Obtaining your consent before entering your data.
• Your compliance with service usage instructions.

We (Wajada) are only committed to technically protecting data according to the contract signed with the agency.

4. Data Retention Period

We retain your data only for the duration of your trip. All data is automatically deleted 14 days after the trip ends, as stipulated in the contract with your agency. After this period, data cannot be recovered.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Your organizing travel agency and assigned guide.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to any other third party.

6. Data Security

We use encryption during data transmission. No one outside your agency and guide team can access your data.

7. Your Rights

To request data deletion or privacy inquiries:

• Contact your organizing travel agency (they are responsible for your data).
